Mercuricall Group Announces Availability of Mercuricall CCaaS on VMware Marketplace


MERCURICALL GROUP LTD provides customers with Next Generation Contact Centers for Next Generation Thinkers


MERCURICALL GROUP LTD today announced Mercuricall CCaaS is available on VMware Marketplace.


VMware Marketplace enables customers to discover and deploy compatible, validated third-party solutions to VMware environments. Once validated, partners can easily publish their solutions for VMware customers across platforms. Customers will be able to access these third-party partner solutions directly from their cloud environments, while also being able to experience the convenience of features such as notifications, reporting, and analytics.


Native to the cloud, the Mercuricall application is what we term, the Next Generation of Contact Center, can deliver all the benefits that cloud technology brings in terms of giving the customer more features and functions, more choice and control over costs and an unbeatable customer experience with full omnichannel. Unlike legacy multichannel contact centers, with Mercuricall CCaaS omnichannel, agents can interact on multiple channels at the same time and have a full view of all previous customer interactions.
